Inner Journey

What is SilentWalk?

Let Murray Hidary guide you on a journey accompanied by a specially curated MindTravel music selection as you walk or hike through breathtaking locations.

Blending the inner and outer landscapes, this experience invites you to reconnect with yourself while becoming more present to the world around you. Through gentle movement and immersive sound, SilentWalk helps you discover stillness in a new way.

Originally designed as an in-person experience hosted in cities around the world, SilentWalk is now offered virtually — taking place on the first Monday of each month, and accessible from anywhere.

“It felt like a moving meditation; an opportunity to slow down and fully engage with the senses. But unlike meditating solo, which forces you look within, this felt more like an invitation to gaze out at the collective.”

“Transcendence is exactly what happens for some people. Sarah Puil, a senior vice president at an experiential branding agency in San Francisco, went to a MindTravel event for the first time six weeks after having a child with her husband.”

“The ‘Silent’ Concert Promoting Mindfulness Through Music. With loneliness on the rise, MindTravel’s roaming piano concerts hope to foster connection, calm, and contemplation.”

“It's interesting to think that we—me and everyone listening to Hidary's meditations—are participating in some sort of collective healing in a time that's at once intensely painful and has the power to be a stepping stone to a more inclusive future.”
